Complaint Policy
The Global Journal of Medical and Pharmaceutical Sciences (GJMPS) is committed to maintaining transparency, fairness, and integrity in all aspects of the publication process. Scope of Complaints
Complaints may relate to, but are not limited to:

Submission of Complaints
Complaints should be submitted in writing to the journal’s editorial office. The complaint should clearly describe the issue and include relevant supporting information or documentation where applicable.

Investigation Process
Upon receiving a complaint, the editorial office will acknowledge receipt and initiate a preliminary assessment. If necessary, the matter will be reviewed by the Editor-in-Chief and the publisher.

The journal will investigate complaints fairly, objectively, and confidentially in accordance with internationally recognized ethical publishing practices.

Resolution of Complaints
Depending on the nature of the complaint, the journal may take appropriate actions, which may include:

Publication of corrections, expressions of concern, or retractions
