IRGS Publisher (International Research & Global Society) follows a structured and transparent double-blind peer review process to maintain the quality, credibility, and academic integrity of published research. The review system ensures that every manuscript is evaluated fairly by subject experts while providing valuable feedback to authors.
1. Manuscript Submission
and Initial Assessment
After submission, the manuscript is first reviewed by
the editorial office to ensure that it follows the journal’s formatting
guidelines, scope, and ethical standards. The manuscript is also checked for
plagiarism and overall suitability for the journal.
Manuscripts that do not comply with the required
standards may be returned to the authors for correction or may be declined at
this stage.
2. Double-Blind Peer
Review
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are
forwarded to two or more independent reviewers who have expertise in the
relevant research area.
The journal follows a double-blind review system,
meaning:
- The identities of the authors are hidden from the reviewers.
- The
identities of the reviewers remain confidential to the authors.
Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on
originality, research methodology, academic contribution, clarity of
presentation, and ethical compliance.
3. Reviewer
Recommendations
After evaluation, reviewers may provide one of the
following recommendations:
Accept – The manuscript is suitable
for publication without further changes.
Minor
Revision
– The manuscript requires small corrections before acceptance.
Major
Revision
– Significant improvements or modifications are required before the manuscript
can be reconsidered.
Reject – The manuscript does
not meet the journal’s publication standards.
4. Revision and
Resubmission
If revisions are requested, authors must carefully
address all reviewer comments and submit a revised version of the manuscript
within the specified time. The revised manuscript may be returned to the
reviewers for further evaluation to ensure that the suggested corrections have
been properly implemented.
5. Final Editorial
Decision
The final publication decision is made by the
editorial board based on the reviewers’ comments and recommendations. If the
manuscript is accepted, it proceeds to the production stage. If rejected, the
authors will receive feedback explaining the decision.
6.
Proofreading and Final Publication
Accepted manuscripts undergo final proofreading and
formatting to eliminate typographical or layout errors. After completion of
this process, the article is published online in the respective journal issue.
7. Ethical
Responsibilities
All participants in the peer review process must
follow strict ethical standards. Reviewers must maintain confidentiality and
declare any potential conflicts of interest.
Any suspected ethical issues such as plagiarism,
falsified data, or unethical research practices will be carefully investigated
by the editorial board.
