Manuscripts submitted to IRGS Publisher journals must be written in English. Authors should ensure that the language is clear, concise, and grammatically correct to maintain academic quality.

Manuscripts should be prepared using Microsoft Word in A4 page format with 1-inch margins on all sides. The text must be written in Times New Roman with a font size of 12 in single-column format. References, tables, and figure captions should have single line spacing. Tables and figures must be placed within the manuscript according to the order in which they are cited in the text. The total length of the manuscript should normally not exceed 30 pages. Additional pages may require extra processing charges.

The title of the manuscript should be clear, concise, and accurately represent the content and objectives of the research.

Authors must provide complete information including full names, institutional affiliations, email addresses, and contact numbers. One author should be designated as the corresponding author for communication during the review and publication process.

Each manuscript must include an abstract of no more than 300 words that briefly summarizes the purpose, methodology, key findings, and conclusions of the research. A list of keywords (maximum seven) should be provided below the abstract. Abbreviations should be defined at their first occurrence unless they are widely recognized.

The introduction section should provide background information about the research topic and explain the significance and objectives of the study.

This section should clearly describe the materials, methods, and procedures used in the research so that other researchers can replicate the study if required.

Authors may present results and discussion either as separate sections or combined. This section should explain the findings of the study and interpret the results with appropriate analysis, comparisons, and references to previous research.

Authors may include acknowledgments for financial support, grants, institutional assistance, or contributions from individuals who helped in the research but are not listed as authors.

All references cited in the manuscript must be listed at the end of the paper in the order in which they appear in the text. Authors should ensure that all cited sources are properly acknowledged.

In-text citations should follow APA referencing style.

After the manuscript is accepted for publication, authors are required to pay the applicable publication fee to cover editorial processing, peer review management, and online hosting services.

Before final publication, the corresponding author will receive page proofs of the accepted article. Authors must carefully review the proofs and confirm that all information is accurate. After approval, the article will be published in the respective journal issue.
